TERMS OF PURCHASE AND PRIVACY

The owner of the online store tailoring.ee  ( hereinafter referred to as the Online Store ) is OÜ Tailoring ( registry code 12256259 ), located at Liimi 1, Tallinn.

Validity of the Sales Contract, Product, and Price Information
The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated in euros next to the products. Value-added tax (VAT) and the delivery fee are added to the price.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during order placement.
Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the product.

Placing an Order
To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To place the order, the required data fields must be filled out, and a suitable delivery method must be selected. The total amount due will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or another payment solution.

• International payments: Visa or MasterCard

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment: when paying via a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of   Maksekeskus AS.
The Seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount due on the current account of the Online Store.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified at the earliest opportunity, and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the notification.

Delivery
Goods are shipped to all European Union member states.

If requested, it is possible to pick up the goods in person.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3–7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
Outside Estonia, delivery takes place within 5–10 calendar days. In exceptional cases, the Online Store has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.
Depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right of withdrawal; in such cases, the corresponding products and services must be listed and must meet the conditions listed in § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus).
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, an application for withdrawal from the purchase must be submitted and sent to the email address info@tailoring.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., an incorrect or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the application or provide proof that they have handed the goods over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store will refund to the buyer all payments received under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal application.
The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item back or until the buyer has provided proof of having sent the item back, whichever occurs earlier.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method different from the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost exceeding the cost associated with the standard delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store has, due to an error, been marked significantly below the market price of the goods.

Right to File a Claim
The Online Store is liable for any non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that already existed at the time of delivery and manifests itself within up to two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
During the first six months from the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. Rebutting this presumption is the obligation of the Online Store. In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an email to info@tailoring.ee or by calling: +372 528 0906.
The Online Store is not liable for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is liable, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer. The Online Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a format enabling written reproduction within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, bank details) only for processing the order and shipping the goods to the buyer.
The Online Store transfers personal data to transport service providers in order to deliver the goods.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to receive them by entering their email address on the website and indicating their desire for direct mail notifications.
The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their email at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.
Tailoring OÜ is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the processor Maksekeskus AS.

Settlement of Disputes
If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to the email address info@tailoring.ee or by calling: +372 528 0906.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to settle the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee.
The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store.
The review of the buyer's complaint by the committee is free of charge. The buyer may also turn to the European Union Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
